Daniel K. Pryce, Ph.D., is Associate Professor and Associate Chair, Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice, Old Dominion University. He is the author/co-author of more than 35 peer-reviewed journal articles, which have appeared in leading journals including Police Quarterly, Crime & Delinquency, Criminal Justice and Behavior, Journal of Criminal Justice Education, Criminal Justice Policy Review, Journal of Crime and Justice, Police Practice and Research, Policing and Society, Du Bois Review, and Child Abuse & Neglect. His primary research interests include policing and race, immigration, fear of crime and victimization, college internships, and research methods. His co-authored paper that examined factors that influence official decisions in criminal cases against police officers was recently published in American Journal of Criminal Justice.
