Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Public Management and Leadership, Marty holds advanced degrees in Intelligence Studies (M.A.) and Criminal Justice (M.S.), along with specialized certifications in areas such as Criminal Justice and Terrorism Studies. Throughout his career, he has successfully integrated academic theory with practical insights, enabling him to contribute meaningfully to complex projects and educational endeavors.
